Position Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and highly skilled Associate Chiropractor to join our established and growing practice. The ideal candidate will be a motivated and results-oriented individual with excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and a patient-centered approach to care.
Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality chiropractic care to patients, including:
o Chiropractic adjustments
o Spinal and extremity adjustments
o Soft tissue therapies (e.g. Active Release Techniques, Fascial Distortion, IASTM, Dry Needling or other)
o Rehabilitation exercises and therapy
o Patient education and counseling
• Conduct thorough patient examinations and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Participate in team meetings and staff development.
• Assist with practice growth and marketing initiatives (as needed).
• Maintain a professional and ethical approach to patient care.
Qualifications:
• Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited institution.
• Licensed to practice chiropractic in the state of Ohio.
• Excellent clinical and diagnostic skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient education skills.
• Passion for patient care and a commitment to providing excellent service.
• Proficiency in adjusting techniques (e.g., Diversified, Motion Palpation, Etc ).
• Experience with soft tissue therapies (e.g., Active Release Techniques, Fascial Distortion, IASTM, Dry Needling or other) is highly preferred.
• Experience with EMR software is preferred.
• Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
